Spring Break Road Trip Day 4

Day 4 Started out a little rainy as we headed to Legoland. Here's Kent with his dream wife. Not only is she made out of legos, but because she's permanently stuck to the ground, unable to spend any money!

This was Anna's favorite ride-she went twice in a row!

We're gonna need a bigger boat.

We also went to the San Diego Zoo where Matt mooched a jacket from Grandma.

We went on the double decker bus tour and Kent and I got pooped on by a bird! Luckily I had a stolen hotel towel in my bag so we could clean up.

We ended the day with a ride on the skyfari tram ride.

Spring Break Road Trip Day 3

After a long day of driving across California, we made it to Carlsbad and checked into our motel and then headed for the beach. This was our kids first time at the beach, and they loved it!

Everyone had fun chasing and being chased by the waves.

Matt got caught off guard by a wave, but Kent was quick to rescue him.

They both got soaked!

Perfect weather for playing at the beach!

We were all pretty hungry after playing, so after we got all the sand off we went to Benihana's which was right next to our motel. Our chef entertained us while he prepared yummy food!

Spring Break Road Trip Day 2

We spent the night in Kanab, then headed down to the Grand Canyon. We stopped at the Glen Canyon Dam visitors center to check out Lake Powell.

Spring Break Road Trip Day 1

I took so many pictures on our trip I thought I'd spread them out over a couple of days.

We took the scenic route around Utah Lake and almost ran into some cowboys.

The kids documented the trip in thier travel journals.

We Took the shuttle tour through Zions canyon. So pretty!

Kid #3 is Girl #2!!
