The kids had an extra early day at school a few weeks ago, so we went to the zoo. I love going to the zoo in the fall because it is nice and cool, and there's hardly anyone else there.

Anna and Matt were the only kids on the carosel.
We had such a fun time, and it was such a beautiful day!
Going to Hogle Zoo was one of our favorite things to do when our first three kids were little. Does Kent remember taking bags of grass to feed the deer? That was allowed back then. It was fun.

looks like fun. You were right it does look like no one else was at the zoo. maybe we should try going in the fall sometime.
